The Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance Team
Our agents and the insurance companies we represent share a commitment to put our clients' needs first. Our team philosophy means we pay close attention and value the importance of personal relationships. Relationships that are both important to our business, and to the individuals and businesses we serve.
Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance is locally owned and managed. Our owners are Greater Portland natives. So are most of our agents. Many of us have attained insurance designations through additional study, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and Certified Insurance Counselors.
Meet Our Team
Kayla is a Maine native and a graduate of the University of Maine. Kayla joined Noyes Hall & Allen in 2016. Working at Noyes Hall & Allen allows me to connect with the local businesses. I take pride in finding the best coverage available for our community members, helping them obtain not only proper coverage, but peace of mind as well.
Megan grew up in Maine and graduated from the University of Southern Maine. She has been with the agency since 2004. She enjoys working for a local independent agency as it allows her to interact with and support her local community. Noyes, Hall & Allen insures our neighbors, local businesses and friends. We are not a call center; we are fellow Mainers with a wealth of insurance knowledge, strong carrier partners and a local focus. Living and working locally also allows Megan to support her clients' businesses, local schools, and community efforts in a meaningful way.
A Yarmouth native, Julia graduated from North Yarmouth Academy and Andover College. She originally joined her family’s insurance agency in 1989, taking a brief hiatus when she moved to Colorado in 1994. Upon returning to Maine, she continued her insurance career at York Insurance Group before rejoining the agency in 1999.
Julia is responsible for managing the agency’s finances and assisting clients with their insurance needs. She holds an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation and now lives in Falmouth.
Julia is a mom of two and teaches fitness classes in Falmouth.
A Yarmouth native, Tom graduated from Hebron Academy and Bentley College. Tom entered the insurance industry through his family’s agency in Portland. He then spent eight years at Acadia Insurance Company in Maine and Vermont. Tom returned to the agency side in 2001 with the acquisition of the Soule Allen agency. Tom holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Underwriting (AU), and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designations. Tom is a dad and husband, an avid gym participant, and enjoys golf, tennis and skiing.

He can compare among many insurers to customize the best fit and value for you or your business. Kevin works with our new personal and business clients to find the best insurance value.
Kevin is a Portland native and a graduate of Cheverus High School and Stonehill College. He joined Noyes Hall & Allen after a prior career in wholesale and merchandising. Kevin holds a Maine Property & Casualty insurance license.

Dylan grew up in Illinois but moved to Maine in 2017. She went to the University of Maine and has a double major in marketing and management. She joined NHA in July of 2025. She likes working at NHA because she gets to connect with people in our Maine communities in a real, meaningful way. It feels good knowing that we often work with people we recognize and can build genuine relationships with them. Being able to provide personalized care makes the work more rewarding and impactful. She also appreciate that NHA gives her opportunities to learn, grow, and keep improving every day.

Elisabeth was born and raised in San Francisco. She has been with the agency since 2025. After four years with a State Farm agent in California, I find working for an independent agency opens more opportunities to help our clients. I especially enjoy demystifying the world of insurance for our clients and helping them find insurance programs to fit their needs.
