Collect the WCB266 <strong>BEFORE <\/strong>the job starts. Predetermination forms are <strong>NOT <\/strong>retroactive. <\/li><li>Certificates and WCB266 are good for only one year. Get a new one every year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificates of insurance and WCB266s are \u201cget out of jail free\u201d cards.
