Sheila is a South Portland native and South Portland High School and University of Maine Portland – Gorham graduate. She joined the agency in 1996, and has more than 10 years insurance experience. Sheila earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2001, and is currently pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She is a Notary Public. Sheila specializes in helping commercial clients with their insurance needs.

My clients know that I am always paying attention to them and willing to talk with them to help them with their insurance needs. It is important to me that they feel comfortable asking me questions, and to know that they can count on me to follow through on their behalf. That's one reason why I always listen carefully so that I can be sure to fully understand their needs or concerns. This understanding helps me to act or respond appropriately on their behalf. If I can't resolve an issue in our initial conversation, I try to give a time frame in which I can get back to them with the answers or information that they need. One of the most important things I can give each Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance client is the reassurance that I will always deliver on my promises.
