The Knightville and Mill Creek area, South Portland’s historic “downtown” has been our home for over 50 years. During this time, we’ve occupied three different offices within a quarter mile radius of one another. Knightville hosts South Portland’s City Hall, Post Office and a diverse blend of small businesses, homes, apartments and condominiums; all on a relatively compact waterfront peninsula.

In addition to its many scenic qualities, steps from Mill Cove’s classic Portland Harbor view, and across the street from Mill Creek Park’s beautiful pond, our office is conveniently located for most of our clients. Developed in the 1950’s, Mill Creek Shopping Center, was Maine’s first shopping center. Mill Creek is the regional service and retail area for Cape Elizabeth, much of South Portland, and Portland’s West End.

We’re proud to call Mill Creek / Knightville our home, and look forward to serving the community from our beautiful location for years to come.

From Cape Elizabeth

Route 77 (Ocean House Rd / Ocean St.). At Broadway, continue straight on Ocean St. Noyes Hall & Allen is in the Mill Creek Financial Center, one block ahead on the right.

From Cape Cottage and Meeting House Hill

Shore Road in Cape Elizabeth becomes Cottage St. in South Portland. One block past Broadway, take a left on Hinckley Drive (across from Hannaford supermarket). Noyes Hall & Allen is in the Mill Creek Financial Center, the second building on the right.

From Scarborough and Western South Portland

From Route 1 north, take a right on Broadway at Cash Corner. Follow Broadway to the intersection where the Casco Bay Bridge lands in South Portland. Continue on Broadway by bearing right. One block ahead, take a left on Ocean Street. Noyes Hall & Allen is in the Mill Creek Financial Center, one block ahead on the right.

From Portland

Take Route 77 across the Casco Bay Bridge. At the end of the bridge, bear left onto Broadway. One block ahead, take a left on Ocean Street. Noyes Hall & Allen is in the Mill Creek Financial Center, one block ahead on the right.
