Cheryl is a lifelong resident of South Portland, and a South Portland High School graduate.

She joined the agency in 1987, and has more than 30 years of insurance experience. She is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Cheryl specializes in helping businesses with their insurance needs.

One way in which I pay attention to my clients’ needs is by staying in touch with them and by keeping up with the changes in their business. That way, I can help them to avoid surprises. When an insurance company offers a new product, I think of individual Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance clients that might benefit from it. Most importantly, I let my clients know that they're more than just a number; that I really care about them as individuals and that I want them to succeed. I try to respond as quickly as I can when my clients need something in a hurry - like a certificate of insurance for an important job. Most businesses don't have claims very often, so I help my clients through the entire claim process to make it as easy for them as possible.
