Barbara is a South Portland native and a graduate of South Portland High School. She joined the agency in 1996, and has more than 30 years insurance experience. Barbara earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2002 and is a Notary Public. Barbara specializes in helping individuals and families with their insurance needs.

Paying attention to my client's needs is probably the most important thing I offer them - in addition to insurance of course! I understand that for many of my clients, insurance can be both strange and confusing; but it's also important. Aside from the protection that Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance offers, the purchase of a new home or a new vehicle may also depend on it. So I try to make it easier by helping my clients with the process and letting them know what they can expect so there are no surprises. My clients also appreciate the fact that I respond in a timely and helpful manner. I try to minimize the time they spend on insurance matters because I know that they have better things to do. They like that!
