24 Hour Claim Service
If you have a claim after-hours, you can report your claim in one of four ways, depending upon how serious the situation is.
- File a non-emergency auto claim online, using our web form.
- Leave a phone message on our answering service (207) 799-5541 or (800) 373-5541, and an agent will call you back when the office opens.
- Call one of the agency owners at home, using the numbers provided on our answering service (above).
- Report your claim directly to the company, using the phone number or internet link below.
If you are involved in a serious auto accident or are unable to live in your home because of a loss, PLEASE DON’T WAIT …report it to one of the agency owners or directly to the insurance company.
Even if you report your claim directly to the insurance company, please contact us IMMEDIATELY if your claim is not progressing to your satisfaction. Our goal is for your claim experience to be as painless as possible.
