Ted has spent his entire business career of over forty years as an insurance agent, first with Noyes & Chapman in Portland and now with Noyes Hall & Allen, the combination of the Noyes & Chapman, Blake Hall & Sprague and Soule Allen agencies, located in South Portland. He is a former President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Maine, and former State-National Director of the Independent Insurance Agents of America. Ted continues to service accounts and advise the younger generation who have taken on the day-to-day management of the agency.
