Bob is a Portland native and a graduate of Cheverus High School and the University of Maine. He joined the agency in 1994, and has been in the insurance business since 1981. Bob earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1987 and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1993. Bob manages the Personal Insurance Department and the operational activities of Noyes Hall & Allen Insurance.
